Dr. Tom Eldridge
General Dentist in Clarksville, TN
Dr. Tom Eldridge brings a unique blend of discipline, technical skill, and compassionate care to Clarksville Dental Center.

Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dr. Eldridge served in the United States Navy as an aviation electrician, working on fighter jets aboard two aircraft carriers. After completing his enlistment, he began studying engineering at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. A life-changing dental experience shifted his path toward dentistry, a profession that combined his love of problem-solving with the opportunity to care for people.
​
He went on to earn his dental degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry before returning to serve as a Navy Dental Officer. During his service, he completed a General Practice Residency, worked as a hospital dentist, and was deployed aboard a warship providing care to sailors and Marines.
​
Dr. Eldridge is passionate about delivering thoughtful, comprehensive dental care and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and informed.
​
He and his wife have three children and enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and visiting family and friends.

Dr. John Paffrath
Experienced Family Dentist in Clarksville
Dr. John Paffrath has been serving patients with dedication and integrity for more than four decades.
​
A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry (Class of 1983), Dr. Paffrath served as class president and was a member of the IMOTEP Honor Society. He owned and operated his own private practice for 42 years, building lasting relationships with generations of families.
​
In 1990, he launched Tennessee’s first mobile dental service to nursing homes, expanding access to care for patients who needed it most. He also contributed to early dental implant research in the 1980s.
​
Dr. Paffrath joined Clarksville Dental Center in 2022 and continues to provide high-quality, patient-focused care to the Clarksville community. His approach is rooted in experience, trust, and long-term relationships.
​
He has been married for 26 years and has three daughters and one son. Outside the office, he enjoys boating and flying.

Dr. Debbie Wallace
Comprehensive Dental Care with Decades of Experience
Dr. Debbie Wallace has proudly served patients in Montgomery County and surrounding areas for more than 40 years.
​
After graduating from Stewart County High School, she completed her dental pre-requisites at Murray State University with a 3.97 GPA before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in 1981.
​
Dr. Wallace established Dover Dental Center in 1982 and practiced as a solo general dentist for 36 years. Her dedication to continuing education earned her both a Fellowship (2002) and a Mastership (2006) from the Academy of General Dentistry, prestigious distinctions awarded to dentists who demonstrate advanced training and commitment to excellence.

She joined Clarksville Dental Center in 2023 and considers it an honor to be part of a respected practice that has served this community for decades.
​
Dr. Wallace remains passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality dental care and building meaningful relationships with her patients.
